 If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately giving as much information as possible, all damaged or faulty goods will be replaced by the equivalent product, or a refund will be given.
 
 We will refund money paid for products returned to us with seals intact and in their original packaging. 
 
 We try to respond to complaints within five working days.
